Step 1 was the registration table. All of the bikes were registered and licenced
free of charge so that it could be identified and returned if lost or stolen. Post
members Dale Strom (facing camera), Steve Nemmers (back to camera),
and Greg Vande Kamp (not shown) maned the station and registered 41 bikes
(with one bike that already had a licence coming through the line).
